Prospective Marriage Visa

The Prospective Marriage visa ( subclass 300) is for people who want to come to Australia to marry their prospective spouse It is a temporary visa for nine months. You must be outside Australia when you lodge your application and when the visa id granted. You can have a wedding in any country; the wedding does not need to be in Australia.

The Remaining Relative visa (subclass 115) is a permanent visa for people who want to live in Australia to be with their only near relatives. Your application must be made outside Australia when the visa is granted.

Working Holidays' Visas

The Working Holiday and the Work and Holiday (Subclass 462) are programs for people aged 18 to 30 years of age from certain countries, who are interested in a working holiday experience of up to 12 months in Australia.  This visa allows you to supplement the cost of your holiday through short-term employment.  In some cases an additional period of 12 months may be granted.

This visa is for young people who want to holiday and work in Australia for up to a year. It is a temporary visa that encourages  cultural exchange and closer ties between Australia and eligible countries

Spouse Visa

The Partner visa, also known as the Spouse visa allows a spouse or de facto partner of an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen to live in Australia.

You can apply for a partner visa either onshore or offshore, that is, in or outside Australia however you must meet certain requirements in order to be eligible to apply.

In most cases, eligible applicants are granted temporary residency initially before they can qualify for permanent residency. Depending on your circumstances you may be eligible to apply for permanent residency without having to satisfy the initial temporary residency requirements. If a relationship ends, an applicant may still be eligible to remain in Australia however only if particular circumstances exist.
